NEC on Norway Pond - The Huntington Quartet.

Schubert's "Rosamunde" Quartet and portions of Bartok's Fourth String Quartet.

$15 at the door (students free), or purchase a season ticket.

"Absolutely Marvelous" were the words of Benjamin Zander after listening to the Huntington Quartet's debut in Jordan Hall. Named after the street in Boston that brought these 4 musicians together, the Huntington Quartet is comprised of graduate students at the New England Conservatory who are passionately eager to share their music and give back to the community. Whether it be classical, baroque, and romantic masterpieces or new music by student composers, the quartet members hope their strong personal chemistry will enable them to explore and present this repertoire through bold, honest, and uninhibited interpretations.
